In Kumkayas volumetric dough dividers, thanks to its new designed cutting drum and
suction piston dough is cut without misuse and compression. It cuts the most sensitive
dough as gently as hand. The bunker in which dough is put, is produced by stainless
steel. Dough cutting is done with vacuum system. As it has the feature of cutting
in three different speed, it is possible to arrange the speed according to capacity.
Automatic speed adjusting and dough counter option is available on request. Depending
on the diameter of the piston it may work in a variety of weight range. According
to preference bonnets can be; stainless steel or electrostatic powder painted.
