It is a Industrial type dough long moulder. It is suitable to operate longer hours compared to standard model. It sheets the dough hassle free with the new designed cylinder conveyor set up unhardened dough gets its final shape easily with two pressure cushion. Pressure cushions can be adjusted for a new position in few seconds. As the machine starts to work centering cylinders moves and the dough pieces are guided directly to the center of the pressure cushions. Consequently a standard shape is guaranteed for each one. It can be moved easily thanks to its wheels. Dough sticking problems are eliminated with the standard offered flour sprinkling unit.
