Technical Information
It is a long moulder designed for medium size bakeries. With the newly designed
cylinder-conveyor mechanism, it sheets the dough without harming its structure.
Dough is rolled & stretched with specially designed pressure boards. Thanks to these
pressure boards the most similar result is obtained to hand shaped dough. Pressure
boards can be adjusted in few seconds. Machine is also equipped with centering mechanism
to enable the doughs enter from the same point. Hence all pieces have the same shape.
Machine is mobile with its fixed and moving wheels. Sticking problem is avoided
with flour sprinkling unit which is a standard Machine is only manufactured with
stainless steel body.
